FAQ

We deliver to residential and business addresses only in Switzerland. All orders are shipped via Swiss Post from Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays.

Once your order has been processed, it is impossible for us to change the delivery address or cancel it.

We offer delivery via Swiss Post for 8.50 per order. Delivery is free for orders over 80 CHF (subtotal of products before taxes and after discounts).

Unfortunately, once the order has been placed, we can no longer modify the details, including the delivery address or the selected products.

If you wish to have your package redirected, please contact the carrier and provide them with your tracking number.

As soon as your order is picked up by the carrier, we will send you the tracking information by email. Please note that tracking may take up to 48 hours to become available.

We make every effort to ship your orders as quickly as possible, but please allow approximately 7 to 10 business days for delivery. If you experience any issues with your delivery, please check the tracking information with the carrier or contact us at maarteech@gmail.com no later than 30 days after the expected delivery date.

Given the nature of our products, we minimize their storage time in the warehouse and reserve the right to postpone shipments without prior notice during the warmer months. To prevent any risk of melting and to guarantee you receive products in perfect condition, orders placed from Wednesday to Friday will be shipped the following Monday.

Return requests will be processed on a case-by-case basis. Items must be new and in their original packaging to be eligible for return. Requests must be made within 10 days of delivery. Please fill out the "Contact Us" form if you wish to return one or more items from your order.

Refunds will be processed upon receipt of your item(s). Please allow 10 to 14 business days for transaction processing.

All our products are thoroughly inspected before shipment to guarantee you receive the highest quality product. Please examine your order carefully upon receipt.

It is the customer's responsibility to inform MA ARTE of any issues related to shipping or the products within 10 days of delivery and to provide photos. Please fill out the form available on our "Contact Us" page and provide the following information:

We use 100% vegetable wax, soy wax and coconut wax.

Because it's important to us, our candles and diffusers are PETA-certified, cruelty-free, and vegan, and made with the best intentions and ingredients. "Cruelty-free" means our candles are developed without any animal testing, while "vegan" means the product contains no animal-derived ingredients.

We use 100% vegetable wax (rapeseed or soy), cotton wicks, and high-quality fragrances (from Grasse) or pure essential oils. Our products are phthalate-free and cruelty-free.

You can reuse the same cube until it no longer releases fragrance (approximately 2 to 3 uses of 3 hours each). The wax does not evaporate; only the scent fades.

For optimal combustion, consider these two points:

When using the candle for the first time, let it burn until the wax is completely melted to the rim. For a large candle, this may take a few hours. Wax has a "memory": if it's extinguished when only partially melted, it will be difficult to melt completely. It's sometimes necessary to plan ahead, but it will make a big difference to how well your candle burns.

Trim the wick before each use, removing any excess wax. We recommend a length of 6 to 12 mm. Our wicks are designed to self-extinguish to approximately 12 mm for added safety.
